Hire the role. We run the employee.
Mesaya is an AI workforce, hired like employees and run by our team — agents that run your collections. The work you couldn't do, couldn't staff, or never thought possible — done. For about a quarter of payroll.
Every engagement starts with a free one-week pilot — on the work you couldn't get done before.

The agent does the work — an outside source proves it. Every unit, on an auditable ledger.
Why owners hire Mesaya
Owners come for the cost. They stay — and grow — because of what gets done that never got done before.
Answer every lead in 30 seconds — at 2am. Follow up every quote, every review, every missed call. Coverage and speed no small team can staff.
A revenue manager. A collections desk. An SEO team. Fortune-500 functions that never made sense at your size — until now.
Dynamic pricing on empty slots, dormant leads reawakened, reviews compounding into rankings. New revenue — not just lower cost.
And yes — it still costs about a quarter of payroll.

Your Mesaya workforce
What Mesaya is
You don't buy software. You hire a role — and our team trains, deploys and manages an agent that does the whole job.
Answered, followed up, scheduled, collected, created. Not one task, and not a tool you babysit.
Our team and supervisor agents run and check the work, with a named human accountable.
Priced per unit of completed work. You scale by adding units, not headcount.
The team you can hire
A sample of the roster — each works a real role, fully managed, for about a quarter of the person it replaces.
You stay in control
Approve every action, or let it run on its own — and change your mind anytime. Start hands-on while it earns your trust, then dial autonomy up. Every action is recorded.
Handles standard cases within your rules; pings you only on the edge cases. The everyday default.
Needs your OK · 2
“Hi Mike — friendly nudge on invoice #4021…”
“Offer Thursday 2pm or Friday 9am?”
Why not just…
Every owner we meet has already tried one of these. Here's why they end up here.
AI tools give leverage only if someone competent runs them, every day — connects them to your systems, checks the output, owns the mistakes. That someone is a job. We're the someone.
Cheaper than a hire, but you still manage the person, the training, the turnover and the quality. With Mesaya you manage nothing — and pay only per completed task.
A chatbot here, a dialer there — you become the integrator of ten half-tools. Mesaya fills the whole role, end to end, with one accountable desk behind it.

“Mesaya runs entire departments for us — and we still approve what matters. It's become a backbone of how we've scaled.”
The work, counted
Completed work isn't self-graded. Each unit is written to an auditable ledger and checked against an outside source of truth before it counts — or gets billed.
Collected
verified against the bank credit
An invoice counts as collected when the money actually lands — the ledger entry points at the deposit.
Booked
verified against the calendar event
A meeting counts when it exists on your calendar with the client on it — not when a bot says it asked.
Signed
verified against the executed document
A contract counts when the signature certificate exists — the record links straight to it.
Client totals will be published here as deployments mature — real numbers only.
Pricing
One number to remember: ~25% of the equivalent employee — and you only pay when the work is done. Here's how one example role compares.
Example role · Customer support rep
Onshore hire
Full salary
~$4,800
per month, loaded
Capped at one desk. Paid whether they perform or not.
Offshore hire
About half
~$2,400
per month
Cheaper, but you still manage the person and the quality.
Mesaya agent
≈ a quarter — per unit
~$1,200
example, this role · billed per unit
Managed by us, billed per completed task. Scale by adding units, not headcount.
Prefer to pay for results? Outcome pricing is an option.
Where results are directly measurable, you can choose to pay on outcomes instead — collections priced on dollars recovered, lead response priced on booked meetings. Ask about it in your demo.
Illustrative example for one role. Pricing is per unit of work and varies by role and volume — there is no single flat price. Book a demo for a quote on your roles.
Security & privacy

From no-AI automation to AI running inside your own cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) — up to fully private deployment where nothing leaves your environment.
A data processing addendum (DPA) and our subprocessor list come standard with every engagement — and you choose your security level, up to fully private deployment.
The manifesto
The AI revolution is being filed under the wrong department. Nearly every company treats AI as software — an IT purchase, evaluated by the CIO, procured like a database, deployed like another SaaS tool. That is the largest category error in business today. And history has seen it before.
When factories first adopted electricity, productivity barely moved. Owners replaced the steam engine with an electric motor but kept everything else — the same drive shaft, the same belts, the same organization of work. New technology, old structure, no revolution. The breakthrough came only when a new generation redesigned the factory itself around what electricity made possible.
We are in the drive-shaft years of AI. Companies are bolting copilots onto old workflows and wondering why the transformation hasn't arrived. They are installing the motor. They have not redesigned the factory.
Traditional software stores, calculates and transmits information. AI performs work. It answers a customer at 2:47 a.m. It follows up with a lead in 22 seconds while a competitor takes two days. It works the denied claim until it pays. Those are not software features. They are job descriptions.
So the defining question of the next decade is not “which AI tools should we buy?” It is “which work is done by humans, which by AI — and who is accountable for the result?”
Every company will operate two workforces. A human workforce. And an AI workforce.
Stop buying software. Start hiring.
Not chatbots. Not prompts. AI workers assigned to roles, given goals and permissions, measured on KPIs — starting in shadow mode and earning autonomy as they prove themselves, like every hire. The most important AI interface is not a chat window. It is an organization chart.
And the money will follow. Companies compare AI against software budgets, but the real comparison is payroll — many times larger. This will be the biggest budget migration in the history of the enterprise.
The org chart becomes a map of capabilities — departments defined by the outcomes they produce, staffed by human judgment plus machine execution. The one-person company becomes an economic category — one attorney supervising a hundred AI workers is a law firm. And the model companies will not capture most of the value — models are becoming commodities, and the defining companies of the AI era won't create intelligence; they will organize it into reliable work.
None of this works without a layer that doesn't fully exist yet: the system that gives an AI worker an identity, a role, a manager, permissions, a performance record, an audit trail. Call it the operating system for the AI workforce.
Salesforce organized customer relationships. Shopify organized commerce. AWS organized computing. The operating system for the second workforce has not been established. That is what we are building at Mesaya. We are still in the drive-shaft years. They will not last long.
No rip-and-replace
Your agents work inside your stack — your CRM, calendar, phone line, bank feed, and your industry's platforms.
Who's accountable
AI does the work. People own the result. Every account has names attached.
Built Mesaya's first deployment — an AI workforce running eight departments of a national furniture retailer — before offering it to anyone else.
A named person assigned at onboarding who owns your account, reviews exceptions, and answers when you call. You'll know them by name from day one.
Every unit of work is checked — by supervisor agents and by humans — before it counts. If it doesn't meet the bar, it goes back until it does.

FAQ
You can — if someone on your team connects it to your systems, runs it daily, checks every output and owns the errors. That's a job. Mesaya is that job, done for you: the agent, the integrations, the supervision and a named human accountable for the result.
A managed AI agent that does a real role — answered, booked, collected, created — with our team overseeing it. You stay in control and pay per unit of work, about a quarter of an employee's cost.
A named person on our desk owns your account and steps in on anything risky. You always have the final say before something sends, books or charges.
Each agent is priced per unit of completed work — set by the role and your volume — and typically lands around a quarter of the equivalent employee's cost. Where results are directly measurable, outcome pricing is available as an option: collections on dollars recovered, lead response on booked meetings. You scale by adding units, not headcount.
Your data isn't used to train public AI models, agents touch only the data the role needs, access is logged, and for sensitive work we support private/local models and dedicated environments. We sign a data processing addendum (DPA) with every client and publish our subprocessor list.
