Born in a real business

375 agents. All graduates.

Every Mesaya agent held a real job inside a company we own and operate before we offered it to anyone else. Graduated agents, not new ones: their learning curve is behind them. They introduce themselves better than we could.

Who hires Mesaya

Four ways companies use a second workforce.

THE SOLOPRENEUR

Launch a back office without hiring

Marketing, books, customer service — outsourced to Mesaya before you can afford a team. Run a company with the operational capacity of one many times your size.

THE GROWING BUSINESS

Add a missing growth role

Leads answered at 2 AM, dormant customers reawakened, reviews compounding, a radar finding buyers with a reason to buy now. Work you never staffed — not work you are replacing.

THE ESTABLISHED COMPANY

Outsource a repetitive function end to end

A collections desk, a revenue manager, 24/7 coverage. Roles that never made sense at your scale, delivered as finished work with someone accountable.

THE LARGER STRUCTURE

Connect fragmented systems into action

Your data lives in five platforms that don't connect. Our agents read them all and act across them — the integration outcome without the year-long development program or the forward deployed engineers.

From first call to working employee

We learn your business from your systems,
not from your meetings.

1

Connect

A 30 minute call, then we plug into what you already run: email, ERP, CRM, the tools of your trade.

2

We learn

Your processes, rules and tone — mapped from the real work in days, without a discovery project.

3

One week, free

One role on your real backlog. You watch the work happen before paying anything.

4

Hire the role

Month to month. Shadow mode first, autonomy earned, a human account manager throughout.

Start with the free week
The Pro Bono Desk

Once a quarter, we give a workforce away.

A shelter drowning in intake paperwork. A nonprofit that never manages to answer its donors. A rescue that cannot chase grants. Tell us the cause and the work.

One cause. One role. Ninety days. Free, fully managed.
We pick one. We don't explain our choice.

Nominate a cause
Pricing

Simple as payroll. A credit is always $1.

No licenses, no high implementation fees, month to month. An easy plug, a low commitment — and your first week is free.

YOUR PLAN

From $400

per month, per agent — each role is priced by its deliverables, so the minimum scales with the role. A credit is always $1.

YOUR CREDITS AT WORK

Every task has a credit price

A lead answered: 2. A listing published: 6. An invoice chased: 2. Itemized on your log, reported as KPIs, reviewed by you.

BUSY MONTH?

Top up as needed

Add credit batches when you need more done — a credit is $1 there too. You set a monthly cap; the bill never passes it.

In aggregate, a role lands at a fraction of what the same work costs in payroll. Rates shown are examples; your order sets yours.

The manifesto

AI Is Not Software. It Is Labor.

Every company will operate two workforces. A human workforce. And an AI workforce. The most important AI interface is not a chat window — it is an organization chart.

FAQ

Questions owners actually ask.

What is a graduated agent?

An agent that held a real role inside a real company before being offered to you: trained on real work, corrected by real supervisors, measured on real outcomes. Its learning curve is behind it. When you hire the role, we configure that experienced agent to your business — we do not start from a blank prompt.

Are you replacing our employees?

No. Great people are irreplaceable, and our goal is to give them leverage by taking repetitive work off their plate. Most clients use Mesaya for work that was never staffed at all: the 2 AM lead, the uncollected invoice, the listing backlog.

How do you learn our processes without endless meetings?

We read the systems, not the meetings: connected to your email, ERP and software, we map how the work actually flows — in days. No discovery project, no workshop marathon.

What happens when it makes a mistake?

Every agent starts in shadow mode with a human approving every action, so early mistakes are caught before they matter. Corrections become permanent rules, examples and evaluations. Autonomy is earned by performance and can contract as well as expand.

Do we have to use your interface?

No. Every client has a named human account manager at Mesaya. Prefer to report feedback or an error by phone or email? Call a person; we handle the rest.

Our data lives in five systems that don't talk. Can you work with that?

That is where agents shine brightest. They read across your systems and act on the combined picture — the integration outcome without a year-long development program.

Do you do implementations?

No. We are a service: the product is already on our side. There are no forward deployed engineers and no high implementation fees — we only need to deliver business results, and your first week is free.

What does the free week look like?

Day 1: we connect your tools and set the target. Day 3: first finished work lands. Day 5: a report with numbers, and your call.

Are you a vertical tool for my industry?

No, by choice. We are non-vertical by architecture, but focused by role: each role is a reusable playbook — collections, lead response, bookkeeping, content, scheduling — adapted to your rules and context. Our agents graduated across seven departments of a real company and now work in industries from fast food franchising to law to construction equipment. The market is not a vertical — it is the org chart.

Why not just use ChatGPT or an automation tool?

You can — if someone competent connects it to your systems, runs it daily, checks every output and owns the errors. That someone is a job. Mesaya is that job, done for you, with a named human accountable.

Is my data safe?

Your data never trains public models, agents touch only what the role requires, every access is logged, and you choose the security level — up to Level 2, where the workload runs inside your own cloud on Amazon Bedrock and nothing leaves your environment. A DPA and our subprocessor list come standard.

How does pricing work?

Like payroll, not like software: roles start at $400 per month per agent, priced by deliverables — your monthly minimum buys the matching credit budget, every task has a listed credit price, and you top up in batches when a busy month needs more. A credit is always $1, you set a monthly cap, and in aggregate a role lands at a fraction of the loaded cost of the equivalent hire. No license fees, no high implementation fees.

Security & control

Managed by us. Controlled by you.

Control is chosen per role and can change as the employee earns your trust. Security is structural, not a promise.

Three control modes

Approve

Nothing goes out without your click. Every action waits for you. Where every role starts.

Review

The work happens; you see everything after the fact and can reverse course.

Autonomous

Earned, never granted — thresholds met, and still monitored. Autonomy can expand or contract.

The structure behind it
Identity & audit trailEvery agent has credentials, scoped access and a full record of every action it ever took.
Authorization gatesVaulted access and permissions per role. Anything consequential passes a gate.
Supervision & orchestrationEach agent holds one precise role. A supervisor checks its work; an orchestrator reviews the department with full context.
A human, alwaysA named account manager owns your account. Report anything to a person; we handle the rest.
Level 1 — Governed cloudEnterprise providers, zero training on your data, only the data the role requires.
Level 2 — Your environmentThe workload runs in your own cloud on Amazon Bedrock. Your data never leaves your walls.

A data processing addendum and our subprocessor list come standard with every engagement.

Origin story

We ran it on our own company first.

Mesaya was not designed in a lab. It was lived, for two years, inside a real business with real payroll, real customers and real margins.

Two decades ago, we built a national retail company — showrooms, containers, logistics, hundreds of people. We know what payroll feels like on the first of the month, and what work looks like when nobody wants to do it.

Two years ago, we took the company back and rebuilt its systems with a small team of young developers. When agentic AI arrived, our infrastructure was ready. We gave AI real jobs, one department at a time: customer service, marketing, bookkeeping, logistics, purchasing. Every agent started in shadow mode. Every mistake became a rule. Autonomy was earned, never granted.

Today that company grows 39% a year with less than 40% of its former workforce — and 375 graduated agents across 7 departments. Founder friends kept asking the same question: can you do this for us? Mesaya is that answer, productized.

2006

A retail company is built the traditional way: people, processes, payroll.

2024

The rebuild: proprietary systems, then AI agents in every department, trained on real work.

2026

Mesaya opens the workforce to everyone else. Graduated agents, managed by us.

“We rebuilt our own company around AI employees before we offered them to anyone else. Mesaya is that workforce, managed for you.”
